Your account security is our number one priority. Here are the layers of protection active every time you log in to alibaba99.
All data transmitted between your device and alibaba99 servers is protected with bank-grade industry-standard encryption — no third party can read your information.
Enable 2FA in your account settings. Every login will require an OTP code sent to your mobile phone — even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to get in.
The alibaba99 system detects logins from unrecognised locations or devices. You will be notified immediately via SMS if any unusual login attempt is detected.
For your security, your login session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity. This prevents unauthorised access in case you forget to log out from a shared device.
View all devices currently logged in to your account from the security settings page. You can end any session on any device with a single click, remotely.
Alibaba99 never asks for login credentials via SMS, email or live chat. Our team actively monitors and blocks fake websites attempting to impersonate the alibaba99 platform.
Account security is a shared responsibility. Follow these simple guidelines to keep your alibaba99 account protected from external threats at all times.
Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse the same password from other accounts such as your email or social media.
Two-factor authentication is the most effective layer of protection. Enable it from your account settings — the process takes less than 2 minutes.
Avoid logging in to your alibaba99 account over public Wi-Fi at cafes, airports, or shopping malls without a trusted VPN.
Make sure you are on alibaba99.fun and not a similar-looking but different website. Bookmark our official page in your browser.
Ensure the phone number registered to your account is always active and in your possession. This is important for account recovery and receiving OTP codes.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact alibaba99 customer support via live chat immediately. Our team is on duty 24 hours a day.
Security Reminder: alibaba99 never contacts members to request passwords, banking information or OTP codes. If you receive such a message or call, please ignore it and report it to us immediately.
