Alibaba99 is here not merely as a gaming platform — we are here as an entertainment partner that fully understands the needs, tastes, and lifestyle of Malaysian users.
To deliver a safe, fast, and enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian user — with an easy-to-use platform, a diverse game library, and genuinely dedicated service.
To become Malaysia's top online entertainment platform — known not just for its best-in-class games, but for the trust, transparency, and uncompromising commitment to member satisfaction.
User safety is our first priority. Full transparency in every operation. Continuous innovation in technology and gaming experience. Responsibility toward our community and members.
Alibaba99 started in 2018 with one clear goal — to create an online entertainment space genuinely built with Malaysian users as the priority. Rather than copying foreign platform models and simply converting currencies to Malaysian Ringgit, the aim was to build something new from the ground up, with a deep understanding of local users' needs, habits, and preferences.
In the early years, the alibaba99 team spent considerable time talking with users from all walks of life across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Johor Bahru to Kuching. What were they looking for? A fast platform, a clear and uncluttered interface, a straightforward deposit and withdrawal process, and above all — the assurance that they were being treated fairly and respected as customers.
The result is the alibaba99 you know today — a platform combining over 2,000 games from world-class providers like Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Habanero, with a payment system fully integrated into Malaysia's financial ecosystem, including FPX, local digital wallets, and instant bank transfers.
What sets alibaba99 apart from other platforms is not just the number of games or the size of jackpots — it is a continuous commitment to user experience. Every app update, every system improvement, and every new policy implemented starts from one simple question: does this make our members' experience better?
Today, alibaba99 is proud to serve over 100,000 registered members across Malaysia, with a customer support team operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We continue to grow — but never lose sight of the values that brought us here.

Alibaba99 is driven by a dedicated team of professionals who understand Malaysia's online entertainment industry inside and out.
A truly Malaysia-first online entertainment platform goes beyond offering a Bahasa Melayu interface. It means understanding how Malaysians interact with technology, which payment methods they use most, when users are most active, and what types of games resonate most with local demographics.
Alibaba99 has conducted in-depth research into Malaysian user behaviour over many years. The findings shape every aspect of the platform — from the games prioritised, to the minimum font size used in the app, to the language used by our customer support team.
One thing we are proud of is a deposit and withdrawal system that is truly Malaysia-friendly. No currency conversion required, no hidden fees for MYR transactions, and support for all popular Malaysian payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and local digital wallets.
